GOOD MORNING POSTMAN FANS!
So I actually got out of the house the other
day! Well, ok, so it was just to the doctor.
But still, you know? The good news, my test
results show my a1c and my cholesterol to
be all good! Hurray! Sortof a surprise considering
I have been kinda bad on the diet and exercise
thing. But the bad news? my doc wanted me to
test to vitamin d.. Low and behold its at a really
low level. Surprise surprise (not). Considering I have
been outside maybe twice in the last four months
right? So now I get to start taking vitamin d....
wonderful another "pill" to pop. sigh.
Any one tired of the heat wave? They are saying
at least another week or so of it for us here in
beautiful west Michigan. The good news there? The
humidity is not that heavy so it does not feel so
bad as it could be. But with the fireworks going on at
night and the heat, the war department has been
running the A.C. almost non stop lately. I really
hate to think about my electric bill!!! But the good news?
