Hi Friend- I would love to have you join my new Hi-Fi course, but time is running short. Registration closes at 5pm EDT on Friday, May 29th, so there are only 4 days left to book your spot. To help you make a decision, I've rounded up answers to some of the most common questions folks have been asking me: Is Hi-Fi too "woo-woo" for me? If you're receiving this email, there's a good chance you're already relatively familiar with my work. And Hi-Fi is exactly as woo-woo as I am, and as the most recent season of Hurry Slowly is. In my opinion, all journeys of self-awareness and conscious-raising are inherently spiritual. I think what I bring to the table in terms of this course is that it's spiritual and pragmatic at the same time. I want to give you practical ideas, tools, and rituals that you can use to reconnect with your deepest knowing. You could think of Hi-Fi as "out there" meets "actionable." ; ) Can you really help me access my intuition? That seems a bit far-fetched. Fair question. I actually explain the philosophy behind Hi-Fi — and my philosophy behind unlocking your intuition — in the most recent episode of Hurry Slowly. I share my belief that most of our intuitive blocks are the result of anxiety accrued from years of overwork, self-criticism, and creative misalignment. The tools and techniques I share in Hi-Fi are designed to help you to peel away those old anxieties and bring toxic thought patterns into consciousness, so that you can more easily access your intuition. For a fuller explanation, and more on my own journey, listen to "Anxiety vs Intuition." How big will the group be? Are you capping registration? I'm not capping registration. We currently have about 100 participants, and I expect that the final number will be around 150 people. (Funnily enough: This is actually the exact size of the weekend retreat that I had originally been hoping to put together for this summer.) Point being: I think it's going to be the perfect size — enough to meet a wide range of people, support rich conversations, and make new allies. : ) How will people be interacting? There will be a number of options available for connecting with the community: During the talks and Q&As, we'll do periodic breakouts so that folks have a chance to interact in a small group setting. I'll also be coordinating "ally groups" of 4-6 people that will meet every two weeks for the duration of the course, so you'll get to know that group intimately if you choose to participate. Finally, there will be an online forum where you'll have the option of starting threads and asking and answering questions, which is a great non-time-sensitive way of connecting with your peers. What if I can't attend all of the live events? Will it still be worth it? I'm polling everyone who registers about possible time slots so that I can create a course schedule that's as accessible as possible to the group. I'll also be varying the times for talks and Q&As so that if you can't attend one, hopefully you might be able to make the other. Additionally, the ally groups will be coordinated based on your personal scheduling availability so that element of the community should be open to absolutely everyone who joins. I hope that answers some of your lingering questions about Hi-Fi. ๐ If you're ready to book your spot and join the community, you can register here. And if you still have a question, feel free to reply to this email and ask. I'm here. : ) Much love, Jocelyn |
