Here's a bit of advice I gave a member that you might find helpful as well: If the grind of writing a weekly newsletter is proving too tough, the obvious solution is to cut back and publish once every two weeks instead. But, there's another (better) option... You can keep your weekly communication cadence, but just alternate between your regular length newsletter and a micro-version that might be as simple as a single paragraph and a link. This reduces the workload, but maintains the frequency of communication with your audience. And as long as the short version of the newsletter provides value, your readers will love it - just like mine love my brief weekday newsletters. Want one-on-one help from me with your project?
