Honor your deepest knowing ๐Ÿ™Œ

Hi Friend-

Popping back into your inbox to share a few more details about the new launch of my Hi-Fi course, and what it can do for you. : )

Registration for the course opens in less than 2 days — at 6:30am EST this Thursday, January 19th.

In the meantime, I would love to share a little bit more about how the course will help you move into deeper self-awareness, and the options I'll be providing for recordings and replays to give you as much flexibility to participate as possible.

Leave reactiveness behind and honor your deepest knowing.

All of my work over the past decade has a common thread: The quest to understand how to move from a state of frantic reactiveness into a state of calm, collected knowing. A huge part of making this shift is connected to how we orient ourselves: Are we looking outward to other people for expertise and advice? Or are we looking inward to our own deepest knowing for guidance?

To be clear: Making this shift toward a more calm, grounded, inward-oriented perspective is not an easy thing to do. In fact, almost everything in our culture reinforces the importance of looking outside of ourselves for answers.

Capitalism is not in the business of convincing us to trust ourselves and to honor our gifts. It wants us to live in that fear-based, anxiety-driven, reactive place. Because when we're in that place, we believe that we aren't good enough and that we need to be fixed — which drives us to consume external expertise and products in a frantic bid to improve ourselves and find peace of mind.

But the truth is: The answer isn't out there. It's in here — inside each one of us.

One of my favorite lines from the book Mother Peace: A Way to The Goddess Through Myth, Art, and Tarot, says: "The archetypal artist journeys into the deep and brings back visions to the world as a gift from the deepest parts of oneself." I truly believe that we are all artists and creators in one form or another, and we all have gifts to share from the deepest parts of ourselves.

Hi-Fi is about going on that journey into the deepest parts of yourself to reconnect with your gifts. And to learn how to honor your connection to source, to spirit, and to yourself so that you can share those gifts with the world.

Together, we'll cultivate a toolkit of ideas, practices, and sacred rituals that will attune you to a deeper level of self-awareness and self-trust.

As the course unfolds, we'll tune into, and explore, your own inner wisdom through four different lenses: your body, your mind, your space, and your values.

Your Body
Hi-Fi starts by addressing the physical body — you'll learn how to come back into your body and ground in the present moment to release anxiety. We'll explore how you can invite "embodied rituals" into your daily routine, and how you can communicate with your body's energy system to align with your intentions.

Your Mind
Then, we'll move up to the level of the mind, addressing how you can reboot your self-talk and adjust your productivity mindset to engage in "tender discipline," creating a supportive and gentle mental environment where intuition can flow freely.

Your Space
From there, we'll expand out from the body and the mind to discuss your environment, and how you can create a home and a workspace that feels like a sanctuary — one that supports creative inspiration and spiritual expansion.

Your Values
And finally, we'll expand out even further into a conversation about values, rediscovering your most deeply held beliefs and discussing how you can embody them moving forward in a way that feels integrated and aligned with your highest purpose.

Format, Scheduling, and Participating on Replay

We will be gathering twice a week: On Tuesdays for a live talk, and then on Saturdays for an "integration session" to synthesize the concepts that I share in the talks. You can see the full schedule here.

The integration sessions will be a dynamic blend of interactive group and solo exercises, question and answer periods, and guided meditations. Each session will be new and different, as I'll be tailoring them to what's unfolding for the group in real time.

All talks and integration sessions will be recorded and made available for replay, both in a video and audio podcast format. So if certain dates don't work for you, you can absolutely still participate in the gathering on replay.

Part of why I make the podcast option available is so that it's easy to "catch up" on the lessons without being chained to your computer. : )

All of the recordings and replays will be available not only for the six weeks of the course, but for three months afterwards as well. So if life happens, and you fall behind, you'll have plenty of time to dip into the materials at your own pace. ๐Ÿค“

I pride myself on creating a warm, cozy container for doing intimate work in community, and I would love to welcome you into that space with Hi-Fi if it feels right for you.

If you still have questions, please don't hesitate to hit "reply" and ask me. I'm always happy to give you an honest answer.

Registration for Hi-Fi opens this Thursday, January 19th. I do hope you can join me.

Much love,
Jocelyn
