Important changes to our terms

We have updated our PSN Terms of Service.

The changes apply with effect from 12 October 2022. You can download a copy of the updated terms at www.playstation.com/content/.

What's changing?

We've summarised the changes below:

• Updating our company details in section 3 "Who are we?" to include our Netherlands branch (registered at Olympia 1, 1213NS Hilversum, Netherlands under establishment number 000051647869). This is relevant to you if you live in the European Economic Area.

• In section 29 "How are these terms enforced?" replacing the laws of England and Wales with the laws of the Netherlands if you live in the European Economic Area.

• Updating section 9 "What other terms apply when you use PSN?" to include our PlayStation Stars Terms, our new loyalty programme for the PlayStation Network.

Please review the revised terms in their entirety. You don't need to take any further action to accept these changes. If you're happy with the changes, just continue to enjoy PlayStation Network and PlayStation games. If you're a Family Manager with one or more Child Account, allowing your child(ren) to continue to use the PlayStation Network under their Child Account(s) will indicate your acceptance of the changes. However, if you're not happy and wish to close your account please contact our customer services team ( www.playstation.com/get-help/contact-us).

Lindsey Vonn Returns

She doesn't know what else to do. This is a failure of the media/sports industrial complex. We exploit them at younger and younger age...
