GOOD MORNING POSTMAN FANS!
So, its not like I am the energizer bunny, right?
I don't have a limitless supply of "go" juice. So
you might say I am a bit "sedentary." But the last
couple days, I seem to be having even less.
If that is possible, I am amazed even myself how
bad it can get and these "copd flair ups" are aggravating
at times. If you are one of "those" (and I have
a lot of you on this list)you know what I am talking about.
It can be a struggle sometimes just to have energy to
get up out of the chair. right? And in the last couple days, if
one looks off across the horizon here in beautiful West
Michigan? A blue haze from the wild fires out west.
Amazing that it would be that bad. If you are in one of
those "at risk" breathing groups, be careful.
the air is thick. Keep your inhaler handy if
you are going outside.
