Feeling Undervalued?

Hello Wonderful.
As summer winds down to a close, we are battening down the hatches and getting ready for a marathon for Fall/Winter. To quell our anxieties, we have systematically re-organized every corner of our office and home. Clear space. Clear mind. Hoping you can squeeze a few more precious moments out of these last days of summer.

The What List

100% Editorial picks. No pay for play. Ever.

The Raise.  Feeling undervalued even though you've been killing it at work lately? Time to advocate for yourself. Here's a helpful article from Fast Company which explains the best time of year to ask for a promotion

The Books.  Inspired by our friend Susan Griffin-Black, who will be speaking on Conscious Leadership at our upcoming Summit, we have compiled a list of The What's Favorite Books on Leadership. Great reading to prepare your summer brain for Fall.

The Tracks.  We're tired of our own playlists and accidentally stumbled across gold on Spotify. If you're having a dinner party or need some ambient music to unwind to, do a search for Restaurant Playlists. Here's a jazzy one created by the New York Times and another French-inspired playlist that will transport you to a café in Paris.

The Stats.  Great news everybody! "Good enough" relationships are the ones that will stand the test of time, according to a marriage counselor. Good enough ever after.

The Chill.  Amy found herbal drops sans cannabis (although we like those kinds of drops too) that take the edge off of moodiness and make her feel as calm and cool as a cucumber. Perfect for PMS and back-to-school/work jitters.
