My Final Words Of The Week
When he first became successful, Matthew McConaughey freaked out.
He went to a monastery to regroup and went on a four-hour walk with a monk and spilled his guts about his fears, worries, guilt, and more.
The monk said nothing.
After hours of walking and listening to McConaughey share all his insecurities and the stresses of his life up to that point, the monk finally spoke his first words:
"Me too," he said.
And just like that, McConaughey realized he wasn't alone.
Neither are you.
Have a great week.
Josh
