Time zones & participation? 🙋

Hi Friend-

A quick reminder that there are only four days left to register for Radiate, my new community for collective transformation. Registration closes this Friday, June 25th at 6pm EST. You can book your spot here.

I've gotten a number of questions from folks who want to participate fully about when the Radiate talks, interviews, and journey groups will be happening, and will it align with their time zone and schedule, so let me offer some clarity on that point.

1. I will be scheduling the talks and integration sessions at the times that are accessible to the most community members. As people register, I am polling them about their scheduling availability and time zone. After registration closes, I will crunch the numbers and decide on the best timing. When the community opens on June 29th, I will share the full 10-week schedule for the first phase so that you can plan ahead.

2. The small 5-6 person journey groups will be organized based on time zone. If you're interested in participating in a journey group, know that we will definitely find a way to work with your time zone and schedule. We will be grouping people based on their availability to make sure that everyone who wants to can participate. There will also be BIPOC and LGBTQ+ affinity groups.

3. The live podcast interviews will be scheduled at variable times. For the interviews, I am beholden to the schedules of the incredible women (Priya Parker, Mia Birdsong, and Sebene Selassie), who are generously sharing their time and wisdom with us. So the scheduling of those interview and Q&A sessions will depend upon their availability.

4. All gatherings will take place on Zoom, and will be recorded and shared with you afterwards. For the moment, Zoom is the most capable platform for all of the gathering functions I want Radiate to offer, so that's what we will be using. (That said, I'm monitoring the space, and if a better solution arises, we may explore it!) All gatherings will be recorded and made available to you on your community dashboard afterwards.

5. You will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance if you can't attend. If you can't attend an integration session or a live podcast talk, you will have the opportunity to submit any questions you may have in advance so that you can still participate. You will not be limited by the time-space continuum!

I've been watching the bookings on the back-end, and I'm really thrilled with the community that's forming around Radiate. If you are feeling called, I would love to have you join us.

It's also 100% okay to ask me any other lingering questions that may still be on your mind. Please don't hesitate to reply to this message and ask.

I'm always happy to answer honestly, and help you figure out if the program is the right fit for you.

Sending you radiant vibes,
Jocelyn
