Are you still transforming?

Hi Friend-

You're receiving this message because you signed up to get more information about my Hi-Fi course.

While Hi-Fi remains closed, I am introducing a new community program that's basically like Hi-Fi version 2.0, so I wanted to share it with you.

It's called Radiate, a community for collective transformation.

Hi-Fi and Radiate function like two bookends to the pandemic. I launched Hi-Fi in June of 2020 to support a journey deep into the self when we were all in mandatory isolation. Now that we are beginning to slowly emerge from our confinement, Radiate is meant to support us as we move back into community and strive to integrate all that we have learned.

The two programs also share many common threads: A deep commitment to being in community with others; a steady rhythm of gatherings for talks, integration sessions, and Q&As; a focus on contemplative reflection and journaling; and the opportunity to build long-term relationships in small groups.

So if you were interested in joining Hi-Fi, I would strongly recommend that you consider participating in Radiate.

Registration opens in just a few days on Friday, June 18th at 6:30am EDT. Spots will be limited, and bookings are first come, first served.

Read on for a quick overview of the Radiate program...

What is Radiate?
Radiate is a collaborative learning community that's dedicated to exploring, integrating, and radiating transformative change.

Who is it for?
Radiate is for people who are interested in exploring and investing in community, embodying their values to the fullest, and radiating positive change. What do I mean by "radiating positive change"? I mean that this community will be focused on more than just self-transformation. It will be focused on transforming ourselves so that we may contribute to collective transformation.

What does it do?
The past year was a time of deep reflection. Most of us experienced key realizations about serious changes that we want to see in ourselves and in the world. But making these sorts of huge paradigm shifts takes time — and a lot of support. Radiate will give you a sacred space, powerful ideas & tools, and a nurturing community to help you learn how to integrate and participate in transformative change.

What's the schedule?
Transformation takes time. There are no shortcuts. That's why Radiate is a nine-month program. And it's structured in a way that makes being in deep community radically doable. Drawing on my core philosophy of "hurrying slowly," Radiate adopts a unique rhythm that's like interval training for transformation. The program unfolds in three 10-week community learning cycles, with two 4-week breaks in between. Learn more about the schedule and see exact dates here.

What does the program look like?
Radiate is going to take what I created with Hi-Fi and what I do with the podcast and fuse the best of both into a single, super-nutrient-rich community program. I'll be sharing talks around themes like community, ritual, anti-productivity, internalized capitalism, equity, and more. I'll be giving you exclusive access to live podcast interviews and Q&As with Priya Parker, Mia Birdsong, and Sebene Selassie. I'll be running facilitated "integration hours" (like office hours, but better!) to work through the challenges of integrating change together. Plus journal prompts, journey groups, discussion forums, and more. See full program details here.
  • Talks from Jocelyn (once a month)
  • Live Podcast Interviews w/ Q&A  (once a month)
  • Facilitated "Integration Hours" (twice a month)
  • Small Journey Groups (w/ BIPOC and LGBTQ+ affinity option)
  • Journaling prompts (twice a month)
  • Community skillshare events
  • Dynamic discussion forum

How can I participate?
I will be capping community participation at 150 people to keep the gathering space as intimate as possible while also making the price as broadly accessible as I can for an in-depth, nine-month commitment. You can join Radiate for a one-time payment of $699, or pay as you go for $89 a month. I will also have a limited amount of sliding scale spots available.

You can learn more about the timeline, the content, and the themes we'll be exploring in Radiate at radiate-community.com.

This is my most ambitious, in-depth creative program yet, and I think it's the one we need as we emerge from the pandemic on wobbly legs, with so many ideas and realizations to integrate and carry forth into the world.

If the idea of being in deep community and contributing to collective transformation speaks to you, I sincerely hope you will join Radiate.

Please don't hesitate to reply to this email if you have any questions. I'm always happy to give you an honest answer.

Sending good vibes,
Jocelyn
