[PostmansCorner] A NOTE FROM THE POSTMAN

So let me just clarify a couple of things. Many of you ask after my health.
While I am not a picture perfect young specimin, I am doing nicely for an old man.
For a few days, my family members were doing the page, keepin you all full of jokes
and toons and laffs. Hats off to all of them while I recovered. We all need a little
extra help now and then. When you have
copd. it sometimes flairs up on you. Docs gave me a regimin of steroids
and antibiotics and I wore the old cpap machine for a couple days solid. Blew the old carbon dioxide build up right off.

Now for the list. I am NOT going away. You may have heard that yahoogroups is
closing down ...yes, Dec 18 they are pulling the plug and yahoo groups will be
nothing but a pleasant memory of a bygone era. But make no mistake, THE POSTMAN'S CORNER will live onward. The struggle is real, and I
am not ready to toss in the towel. My son is busy setting things up and we are
going to migrate to a new home. Nobody likes change, I know, right? But hey we
need the daily follies. Been sendin em out for 20 or 25 years. We'll find a way
to keep doing it. No worries. we shall make it happen.Enjoy the weekend
