GOOD MORNING POSTMAN FANS
Things are just a little chaotic right now
here at the home of the postman. No grandson
yet. The house is in disarray still as the
war department continues on her painting project.
My thanks to all who wrote in about advice to getting
rid of those pesky Spanish onions. Some folks suggested
putting up an aluminum barrier to keep them from coming
in from the neighbors' yard. others suggested pouring some
salt on em as nothing will grow with salt. Still others
suggested a good chemical to use as well. Or perhaps
weeding them out and thinning them to have a reasonably
enjoyable crop. All good ideas. Its unfortunate
that one has to have a problem with your home because
of the negligent "I don't care attitude" of your neighbor.
Personally, I kindof thot of another idea that might be
beneficial. Maybe some night a couple of well placed fire boms
would cure the trouble. They might not get rid of the encroaching
spanish onions, but it possibly would rid the neighborhood of
another:) Well, nevermind. that probably is not a good idea either.
But one good idea I do have , lets get right into
the jokes! Enjoy
