GOOD MORNING POSTMAN FANS!
There are a number of "trees" that have
grown up on the other side of the privacy
fence, separating our house from the dreaded
"trailer park transplants." They are mostly ugly
scrubs that have gotten bigger and bigger until now,
they have branched over our roof top. So finally,
this year its time to trim them back. Its a
sortof a sore spot to me . The bill for doing so?
700$ to trim them back :( pretty distasteful considering they
are not even my trees. The thing that is really annoying, I
notified these nere do wells of my plans as a courtesy.
After all they are theirs.They
objected strenuosly as it would make the trees "look ugly"
and they seem to be tree huggers who object to any intervention
to such things. Well, I'm all in favor of mother nature.
I like trees as much as the next fellow.
But I have no intention of letting mother nature ruin my
property. The branches block the sunlight, and now because
of it, I have moss started to grow on one side of the roofline.
Not to mention the fact that falling branches cause roof damage.
I wonder how loudly they would object if I handed them the bill.
