Forrest combines a short passage in English, "Come unto me," from the Book of Matthew with the five traditional mass movements Requiem, Kyrie, Agnus Dei, Sanctus, and Lux Aeterna to create an emotion-filled piece that was praised in its debut for its "warmth, peacefulness, radiance and comfort."
